1. Mission Overview

Bandai Sales Store operates as an authorized merchant of Gundam model kits (HG, MG, Entry Grade, etc.), action figures (Figma, Mafex, Bring Arts), and related collectibles. We serve pilots worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas due to “Zeon blockades” – customs restrictions).

2. Pilot Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account with:

• A valid email address (your personal Minovsky communicator)
• Accurate personal information (no Char Aznable aliases permitted)
• Secure password protection (stronger than a Zaku’s armor)

Note: You’re responsible for all activities under your account. Report unauthorized access faster than a beam saber strike!

3. Mobile Suit Acquisition Protocol

3.1 Product Specifications

We display items with:

• Accurate descriptions (no Psycommu system exaggerations)
• Current pricing (no hidden costs like Anaheim Electronics)
• Real inventory status (updated faster than the White Base’s radar)

However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur – these are mass-produced units, not perfect Gundams!

3.2 Order Process

1. Sortie Request: Add items to cart and proceed to checkout
2. Mission Briefing: Review order details carefully
3. Launch Authorization: Submit payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal accepted)
4. Confirmation Transmission: You’ll receive an order confirmation email

Note: Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Earth Federation holidays).

6. Return & Repair Protocol

6.1 Eligibility

You have 15 Earth days from delivery to request returns/exchanges for:

• Damaged items (provide photos like battlefield evidence)
• Wrong items shipped (friendly fire incidents)
• Unopened products in original packaging

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened action figures (must stay mint like collector’s items)
• Custom/special order kits (built to spec like custom mobile suits)
• Clearance items marked “final sale” (bargains even Revil would approve)

6.3 Return Process

All Gundam-related trademarks, logos, and designs belong to their respective owners (Bandai, Sunrise, etc.). Purchasing models doesn’t grant rights to:

• Reproduce items (no unauthorized mass production)
• Use trademarks commercially (don’t start your own Anaheim Electronics)
• Create derivative works without permission

8. Liability Limitations

While we operate with the precision of a Newtype, Bandai Sales Store isn’t liable for:

• Minor product variations (no two Zakus are identical)
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Damages from improper model assembly
• Incorrect orders if you provided wrong information

Our maximum liability is limited to your order’s purchase price.
