Order Processing
Our crew processes orders faster than Char’s Zaku can retreat! All orders are prepared for launch within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Earth Federation holidays).
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after launch
- Flat rate of $12.95 – as affordable as a Zaku’s maintenance cost
- Tracking included – monitor your package like a Minovsky radar
Free Shipping (EMS):
- For orders over $50 – a deal even Ramba Ral would approve
- Delivery in 15-25 business days
- Perfect for pilots who can wait like a sniper in position
Note: Some remote areas (particularly in Asia) may experience slightly longer delivery times due to Zeon blockades… we mean, customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Protocol

Eligibility Window
You have 15 Earth days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange – that’s more reaction time than Amuro had at A Baoa Qu!
Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Contact Command Center
Email our crew at [email protected] with:
- Your order number (found in your mission confirmation email)
- Photos of any damaged items (we need visual confirmation like a Zaku’s monoeye)
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Await Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days (faster than Char’s Red Comet) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling requirements
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Include all original parts, manuals, and packaging – just like you’d expect from Anaheim Electronics
- Securely pack items with more protection than a Gundam’s Phase Shift armor

Note: Return shipping costs are the pilot’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (with more care than a mobile suit technician):
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (plus your bank’s processing time)
- Original Payment Method: Funds will return to your account faster than a funnel missile reaches its target
- Exchange Items: Shipped within 2 business days of return approval
Non-Returnable Items
Some items have defenses stronger than I-field barriers against returns:
- Opened action figures (Figma, Mafex, Bring Arts) – must remain mint in box like collector’s items
- Custom or special order Gundam kits – these are built to spec like custom mobile suits
- Discounted/clearance items marked “final sale” – these are bargains even Revil would approve
Exchange Protocol
Need a different mobile suit model? Follow the same return process but specify:
- Desired replacement item (check current inventory on our site)
- Whether you’ll cover any price difference (we’ll invoice if needed)
Note: Exchanges subject to availability – some limited edition Gundams move faster than the White Base!
