Standard Express ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days delivery
Free Standard Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days delivery
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We deliver to most countries, though some remote areas (even Anaheim Electronics wouldn’t service them) may be excluded. Check our shipping page for details.
Q: How are large orders (PG kits or multiple MGs) packaged?
A: Each kit receives Luna Titanium-grade protection! We use reinforced packaging with extra cushioning for delicate parts – because your Perfect Grade deserves perfect care.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for items in mint condition – no need to activate your emergency escape pod! Contact us at [email protected] to initiate returns.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: While our packaging could withstand a colony drop, if damage occurs, email us immediately with photos. We’ll replace your kit faster than the RX-78-2 can draw its beam saber!
Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?
A: We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items. For other returns, the shipping cost falls to the pilot (that’s you).
